By accessing and using HYLIX's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

• Must be at least 21 years of age (25 for certain vehicles)
• Must possess a valid driver's license
• Must provide valid insurance documentation
• Must have a valid credit card for payment and security deposit

Reservations are subject to vehicle availability. Cancellation policies vary by vehicle and rental duration. Please review specific terms before booking.

Renters agree to:

• Operate the vehicle safely and in accordance with all traffic laws
• Not use the vehicle for illegal purposes
• Not allow unauthorized drivers to operate the vehicle
• Return the vehicle in the same condition as received

Renters are responsible for obtaining adequate insurance coverage. HYLIX is not liable for damages, injuries, or losses incurred during the rental period beyond statutory requirements.

All prices are in USD. Additional fees may apply for delivery, mileage overages, late returns, or damages.

HYLIX's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
